Children`s Classes

Childrens classes last 1 hour.
The classes will always include;
warm up & stretching
technique training
drills on pads and/or focus mitts
warm down

 

The classes may also include, applicable to experience of student. a mixture of any of the following;
patterns and combinations
defence drills (sparring)
breakfalls and throws (seniors only)
weapon defences (seniors only)
role play/attack drills
fitness & strength exercises
balance and co-ordination exercises
group games

 

Doboks (uniform) or KKD t-shirts must be worn.
Bare feet or martial arts shoes.
Focus mitts and pads etc provided.
Some protective sparring gloves/mitts etc available - students advised to provide their own protective equipment
